ADMISSION PROCEDURE / PROCESS

To register your child for entry in All Saints’ Diocesan School, Tezpur, the Registration Form should be completed and returned to the Principal. You can collect the Registration Form in the month of November from the school. The cost of Registration Form is Rs. 600.00

Entry to Higher Classes of All Saints’ Diocesan School, Tezpur, is granted on the basis of a written and a qualifying interview. The written test will be in English, Mathematics, Science, Hindi, Assamese, GK, Social Science {class and streamwise subject might differ). Those candidates who are successful and shortlisted will be called for an interview with the Principal. A’ complete report from the child’s present school is required to be presented at the time of interview.

To accept the offer of a seat in the school, a deposit of the 1st instalment of fees is payable. The school office will supply, on request, details of fees and a scale for the payment of fees by quarterly instalments.

While the school reserves the right to alter any fees and payments without any specified notice, it is a normal practice to give a month’s notice about such changes.

One full term’s notice of the intention to remove a pupil from the school must be given by the Parent/Guardian in writing to the Principal, otherwise a full term’s fees will be levied in lieu of notice.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

School leaving/transfer certificate and previous years Report Card . Medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner. Original and copy of birth certificate (original to be brought for verification copy)

NOTE: Admission will be cancelled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.

To register your children for entry of All Saints’ Diocesan School, Tezpur the admission form has to be collected from the office and submitted after the fulfilling all the forms.

• Students call for interaction after shortlisted from Class- Nursery to UKG
• Students after submitting the form they call for written test (from class- I to IX)
